MEET THE COACH
Over the past eight years, Andrew Lashlee has competed and stepped on podium in over 35 triathlons varying from sprint to Ironman distance races, is a four time USAT All American athlete, and has obtained many achievements in running and cycling related events throughout the United States. Andrew has a passion for all things swimming, biking, and running. He is a tech person that enjoys analyzing data and determining how technology can improve one’s efficiency. He is also a USAT Level 1 Certified Coach.
Andrew’s fundamental approach with all athletes is blending a positive life changing opportunity with personal success that extends well beyond any finish line. The training plans are non-traditional with a focus on a one-on-one athlete/coach relationship that is rooted in communication and commitment to the process of transcending athletes goals.
Whether athletes are new to triathlons, any endurance related event, or have been competing in them for many years, Andrew partners with clients to ensure each athletes personal fitness goals are realized and achieved.

Athlete Karl Hansen completed a self supported 70.3 distance race that included over 3,500ft of climbing on the bike and 1,900ft of elevation gain on the run. Karl's finish time was just over 5 hours!
